Every day, 36,000 employees worldwide are committed to this with passion, know-how and innovative strength.YOUR TASKSCoordinate full recruitment process for Forvia Hella Special Application division.Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, establish recruitment profile and requirements.Organize and conduct interviews and evaluate candidates that best match the desired profiles.Responsible for onboarding and offboarding processes.Act as contact person for employees to support them in different HR topics.Keep evidence on recruitment data, build reports on major indicators influencing recruitment process and related HR KPIs.Prepare and update employment records related to hiring, transfers, promotions and terminations.Your Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources or closely related field. Experience in recruiting areas (blue collars recruitment would be an advantage). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Involvement and motivation to achieve results. Good organizing and decision-making skills. Microsoft Office knowledge. English – advanced level.
