We aim to foster an organization that's diverse in people and ideas, where everyone can thrive and be themselves, no matter who they are.ALD Automotive | LeasePlan will rebrand to Ayvens across all 44 countries by 2025.RequirementsBachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field;Minimum 5 years of experience in sourcing and recruitment for different geographical locations;Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, on all levels within the organization, including C-level management;Fluent in English, French is a plus ;Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel, and proficiency in Workday;Ability to manage high volume of requisitions, prioritise effectively, and work collaboratively as part of a team.ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities will include:Acting as the main point of contact for hiring managers in your domain, developing tailored recruitment strategies for the different roles;Executing recruitment campaigns, including optimising job postings, leveraging social media channels, attending relevant events, and usingtargeted job boards;Managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, interviewing (including scheduling) and extending offers;Building and nurturing a talent pool to ensure strong pipelines for critical roles;Designing, monitoring, and improving recruitment policies and processes, such as sourcing guidelines and employee referral programs;Managing vacancies in the applicant tracking system (Workday), providing guidance to hiring managers on system use, and trackingcandidate progress;Creating and delivering recruitment KPI reports (e.g. time-to-hire, sourcing effectiveness) to management and recommending processimprovements.Who are we looking for?We are looking for a proactive, relationship-driven recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
