To find out more visit www.lenovo.com, and read about the latest news via our StoryHub.The HR Service Center Coordinator will be part of Lenovos international HR Operations team, providing general Human Resources support to employees across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who are passionate about HR, eager to learn global processes, and interested in developing their career in an international environment.What Youll DoSupport employees by answering questions about HR policies, benefits, payroll, and internal systemsGuide employees on how to use HR tools and processes effectivelyCommunicate with employees and managers through our case management system, chat, or callsHelp prepare and deliver basic trainings or informational sessions with the guidance of senior colleaguesAssist in updating process documentation, reports, and internal recordsSupport continuous improvement projects and testing of system changesEnsure accuracy and compliance with internal controls and service standardsWhat Youll LearnHow a global HR Shared Service Center operatesHR processes across multiple countriesHow to use leading HR systems such as WorkdayProfessional communication and problem-solving in a multinational environmentWhat Were Looking ForStrong communication and organizational skillsInterest in HR processes and systemsEager to learnFluency in English (additional European languages are a plus)Team player with a customer-service mindsetRequired education (Bachelor's or Master 's degree)Base gross monthly salary starts from 1.250 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience!
