We are expanding rapidly and seeking a highly skilled HR in Tanzania to oversee all HR processes, including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits (payroll), Performance Management, and Employee Engagement.Key Responsibilities:Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, understanding their goals and challenges to provide proactive HR solutionsLead workforce planning, talent management, organizational design, and change management initiativesPartner with leadership on employee engagement strategies, retention plans, and succession planningProvide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolutionAnalyze HR metrics to identify trends and develop data-driven solutions to improve organizational performanceDrive diversity, equity, inclusion, and initiatives in alignment with company valuesCollaborate with Centers of Excellence (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits) to deliver integrated HR solutionsSupport M&A activities, including due diligence, integration planning, and change managementEnsure compliance with employment laws and company policies while mitigating HR risksRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 3– 5 years of HR experience, focusing on talent acquisition Strong understanding of Tanzanian labor lawsProven expertise in recruitment, talent management, employee engagement,Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentProficiency in HR software and payroll systemsPowered by JazzHRONKmwHJyow
