Job Description

Job SummaryThe HR Specialist (Recruitment & Personnel) is a key member of the Human Resources team at our Factory on Badr city, primarily responsible for all driving the full-cycle recruitment process (blue & white collars), With ensuring the organization attracts and hires top-tier talent, in addition to full responsibility for all personnel duties (social insurance, labor law compliance, employees records, files and requests, ..etc.). Candidates should have Min. Experience 2-3 years in Recruitment field (Specially in Recruiting Blue-Collars "Technicians & Workers" is a must / Preferred in Industrial Field), in addition to a basic knowledge of labor law and personnel duties.Responsibilitieso Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.o Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.o Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals. o Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews. o Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.o Coordinate and conduct background checks and reference checks.o Extend and negotiate job offers, and facilitate the onboarding process.o Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant tracking database.o Assist with the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.o Maintain accurate and full up to date employee records and files and HR databases. o Responsible for preparing labor contracts, social insurance forms, and dealing with governmental labor offices.o Assist with HR policy administration and compliance. o Support payroll processing and benefits administration. o Assist in ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.Job RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or relevant field.Min. Experience 2-3 years in Recruitment (Experience in Recruiting Blue-Collars "Technicians & Workers" is a must / Preferred in Industrial Field).Previous experience of working on factories & industrial field is preferred. Basic knowledge of labor law and personnel duties.Proficiency in using MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Fluent English.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Good problem-solving abilities.Residents OF Badr city, Tagamoa, Rehab, Shorouk or Administrative capital have the priority.Owning a car is preferred (Car allowance within the financial package).Basic background of OD & PMS is an advance.
