HR Specialist (with Russian language)

Aurora Multimarket is a fast-growing international company with over 1700 stores in Ukraine and more than 50 stores in Romania. We are now entering the Bulgarian market and looking for an HR Specialist (with Russian language proficiency) who will play a key role in building the team and supporting the creation of HR processes from scratch. If you are ready to join an international company and help develop the HR function from the ground up — we are waiting for you!Key Responsibilities:Full recruitment cycle for office and retail roles: job postings, interviewing, candidate evaluation, and onboarding of new employees.Preparation and administration of employment contracts, job descriptions, and other HR documentation in accordance with Bulgarian labor law.HR administration: time tracking, vacation and sick leave management, maintaining employee personnel files.Development and implementation of internal HR policies and procedures (code of conduct, leave policy, disciplinary rules, motivation programs, etc.).Collaboration with external payroll providers regarding salary calculation, social contributions, and HR-related payments.Support in onboarding processes, coordination of corporate training and development programs.Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.Preparation of HR reports and analytics for management.Support in building internal communication systems, organizational structure, and process documentation.Participation in recruitment planning and team development from scratch.Requirements:Experience in an HR role (HR Generalist / HR Specialist or similar).Knowledge of labor legislation and HR processes.Fluency in Bulgarian, English, and Russian is mandatory.Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.Experience in international or rapidly growing companies is an advantage.Proactive attitude and readiness to work in a fast-paced environment.We Offer:A unique opportunity to be one of the first HR professionals in a new international project with real impact on HR processes.Full support and expertise from the headquarters in Romania.Friendly, open, and flexible working environment.Competitive salary, social benefits package, training, and growth opportunities.Participation in international projects in a multicultural environment.
