We are hiring a visionary Senior HR Generalist to lead and manage the full scope of Human Resources operations for a reputable international organization operating in the healthcare field.This is a strategic role for a proactive HR professional who can build efficient HR systems, foster organizational development, and ensure full alignment with labor laws and international standards.Job Description:Develop, implement, and monitor HR strategies, policies, and procedures.Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, and offboarding.Act as a business partner to department heads and senior management.Ensure compliance with local labor laws and healthcare regulatory frameworks.Lead talent acquisition initiatives with a focus on attracting top healthcare professionals.Design and implement performance management systems tailored to healthcare standards.Coordinate training & development programs based on organizational needs.Handle complex employee relations issues and promote a positive work culture.Manage HR metrics and deliver strategic insights to management.Serve as the single point of contact for all HR-related matters across the organization.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in any Medical Collage HR certification like PHRi/CIPD is a strong assetMinimum 3–5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in the healthcare sector.Solid knowledge of labor law, compliance, and HR best practices.Proven ability to design and implement HR frameworks in a dynamic environment.Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.Fluent in English (spoken and written) – Arabic is an advantage.
