Location: Obour city, EgyptIndustry: Agriculture, Pesticides & FertilizersAbout the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior HR specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be fully responsible for managing all human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, performance management, organizational structure, and ensuring strict adherence to employee roles and responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:• Full ownership of the recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding employees.• Manage and maintain employee records, contracts, and documentation.• Develop and implement KPIs for each employee, in alignment with company goals and department objectives.• Oversee and process monthly payroll, including salary calculations, attendance tracking, overtime, and salary deductions for absences or policy violations.• Monitor and manage employee attendance, leaves, and disciplinary actions.• Establish and enforce clear job descriptions and role boundaries for all employees across departments.• Audit and monitor employee activities to ensure they operate within their assigned roles.• Investigate and report any role violations (such as unauthorized sales or task overlaps) to senior management with corrective action plans.• Support organizational development initiatives to improve efficiency and department collaboration.• Advise management on HR strategies, employee engagement initiatives, workforce planning, and talent management.• Handle additional operational tasks as required.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.• 5+ years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in industrial, agricultural, or manufacturing sectors.• Strong knowledge of labor law, payroll processes, and HR best practices.• Experience in developing KPIs and performance management systems.• High attention to detail, confidentiality, and excellent organizational skills.• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.Preferred:• Previous experience managing or restructuring organizational departments and roles.• Experience with internal investigations and disciplinary procedures.• Familiarity with basic ERP or CRM systems related to HR and workflow tracking.What We Offer:• Competitive salary and benefits package.• A supportive and collaborative work environment.
