HR Supervisor (HR Diploma is a MUST)

We are looking for HR Supervisor for one of our clients in the Real Estate Company located in New Cairo, Egypt.Role DescriptionSupervise daily HR operations (recruitment, personnel, payroll).Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law, Social Insurance, and Tax regulations.Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting and shortlisting to onboarding.Supervise the monthly payroll cycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.From 5 to 7 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.HR Diploma is a MUST.Experience in real estate companies is preferred.Strong experience in payroll, personnel, and recruitment.Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.Very good command of English.Very good up to excellent in MS Office.
