About The JobThe HR Supervisor will manage HR operations for outsourced employees from recruitment and onboarding to payroll preparation, compliance, and client relations. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational excellence and administrative efficiency within ITM Africa Kenya.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate recruitment and onboarding for outsourced employees.Ensure HR compliance and proper employee documentation.Register employees on statutory portals (WCF, NSSF, NHIF, etc.).Prepare payroll data and ensure salary and payslip submission.Liaise with Finance for petty cash and working tools.Manage employee database, attendance, and leave records.Handle work and residence permits for expatriates.Maintain professional communication with clients and internal teams.Provide monthly HR and payroll reports for management and clients.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.Minimum 3 years of HR experience (preferably in outsourcing).Good knowledge of Kenyan labour law and compliance.Proficient in MS Office.Excellent communication and organizational skills.High level of confidentiality, reliability, and ethics.Team player with a proactive mindset and focus on continuous improvement.Apply now
