Lead the transformation of HR technology at RealNZ.We’re seeking an experienced HR Systems Business Lead to champion the successful implementation of our new HRIS platform. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on collaboration, process optimisation, and driving change that enhances the employee experience.About The RoleAs the HR Systems Business Lead, you’ll:Act as the bridge between technical teams and the business, translating project jargon into clear, actionable steps.Drive requirements gathering, process alignment, and adoption of the new HR system.Partner with People & Performance, Technology, Finance, and operational leaders to ensure the platform delivers long-term value.Oversee data governance, UAT testing, and go-live activities, ensuring smooth implementation and transition to business-as-usual.Champion continuous improvement post-implementation, measuring outcomes and user satisfaction.What We’re Looking ForProven experience leading HRIS or enterprise system implementations in complex organisations.Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.Project management experience including planning, governance, and risk management.What's in It for You?Enjoy some incredible staff perks!
