Company DescriptionCoreShield Technologies is an IIT Delhi-incubated defence-tech startup, delivering innovative AI solutions to critical national security challenges. Join our vibrant team for a unique opportunity to directly impact strategic initiatives in a dynamic startup environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.Manage candidate communication, maintain the recruitment pipeline, and update applicant tracking systems.Support employer branding initiatives through LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.Conduct initial HR screening calls and assist in candidate evaluations.Support in drafting, reviewing, and implementing HR policies (leave, attendance, remote/hybrid work, etc.).Assist in maintaining compliance with company policies.Participate in building employee engagement activities and culture initiatives.Support documentation, employee onboarding, and exit formalities.Maintain employee records and help in preparing HR reports.QualificationsCompleted a Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field.Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and HR Policy-making.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to take initiative.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with Google Workspace.1–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR.Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.Familiarity with tech hiring (Engineering, Product, Design roles) is a plus.Proactive, organized, and passionate about startup culture.
