Summary of responsibilities:Officer - Sr. Supervisor - HR Business Partner is responsible for material designing, developing and delivering technical training programs that are aligned with the company’s business goals.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop and implement technical training programs by collaborating with operations and maintenance teams to enhance employees' technical competencies based on job requirements.Conduct needs assessments with engineering leaders to identify skill gaps and align technical training with business objectives especially for O&M.Ensure all training activities and materials comply with relevant Health, Safety, HR, and security policies, laws and regulations.Design and build scalable learning programs, including hands-on workshops, detailed manuals, e-learning modules, and video tutorials.Monitor production employees’ learning progress and ensure they are advancing through the appropriate learning curves.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, analyze and listen feedback to continuously improve course content and delivery methods as necessary.Maintain accurate records of training activities, complete courses, attendance, and trainee progress, often using a Learning Management System (LMS).Other tasks following the supervisor’s assignment or company policy.Being aware and playing avital role considering the essential of Environmental Management in accordance with ISO 14001, Quality Management in accordance with ISO 9001, Safety and Occupational Health in accordance with ISO 45001
