It provides administrative and technical support focused on HR system access and standard reporting across various human resource systems used by the department. The position also supports form development and assists with presentation creation and project execution.The role supports compliance and data accuracy by ensuring proper system access controls, reviewing and validating recurring reports, and collaborating with HR staff on issues affecting operational performance. This position contributes to the division’s broader efforts to monitor and evaluate HR-related programs and services.Key Duties Include Grant access to various HR systems in accordance with established procedures Compile and review standard reports from HR systems for compliance and accuracy Identify and flag report discrepancies for further analysis or correction Develop fillable forms using Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat Create PowerPoint presentations to support internal communications or training Assist the Program Evaluation team during special projects or initiatives Collaborate with HR professionals at all levels to address access or reporting concerns Maintain documentation related to system access and reporting reviews Support audit readiness and internal data validation processes Contribute to internal improvements to evaluation and reporting workflowsKnowledge Skills And Abilities/Management PreferencesSalary Grade Range: $35,984 - $62,971Candidates now meet the minimum qualifications for a position if they possess the minimum education and experience listed in the vacancy announcement.The Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)/ Management Preferences are not required.
