We’re seeking the best and brightest to join our team and help us achieve our ambitious goals.Your RoleAs a HR Waste Truck Driver, you’ll undertake refuse removal services and street cleaning, that complies with the City of Perth’s specified work standards. Reporting to the Assistant Supervisor, you’ll be instrumental in keeping our operations running smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and drive a waste collection truck and compactor that has 3 axles.Use of street cleaning plant:Street cleaning machines.Water truck.In addition to the plant and equipment mentioned above, drive and operate a variety of waste and street cleaning plant and equipment, including but not limited to:Road sweeper.Footpath sweeper.Steam cleaner ute.High pressure ute.High pressure footpath cleaner.Front end loader.Maintain compliant work practices in accordance with all relevant legislation, recordkeeping frameworks and all other relevant Council policies and procedures, and other frameworks.Who We’re Looking ForA team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and can effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
