Position: HR Business Partner (Wishco)Location: Bangalore (On-site)Experience: 1–4 years (Full-time)CTC: Upto 7 LPARole OverviewWe’re looking for a proactive and people-oriented HRBP to join our Bangalore team.The role will primarily focus on recruitment and day-to-day HR operations, supporting the growing business needs of Wishco.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for open roles — sourcing, screening, coordination, and offer closure. Support onboarding and joining formalities for new hires. Maintain and update employee records and ensure smooth HR documentation. Assist in tracking attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination with the central HR team. Help execute employee engagement activities and drive internal communication. Provide basic HR support to the team and escalate issues where needed. Contribute ideas to enhance recruitment branding and the overall employee experience.Requirements1–4 years of experience in HR, preferably with a focus on recruitment or generalist operations. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Graduate from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute; post-graduation in HR is a plus.
