The proposal is completed by a collection of apparel and accessories of the leading sportswear brand and by two private clothing labels.DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLEThe HR Business Partner – Corporate, reporting to HR Manager – Bata & AWLAB, act as a strategic partner to the Corporate Functions (such as Marketing, Commercial, Product, Merchandising, E-commerce, Supply Chain, IT, Finance) providing HR expertise and support to drive business objectives. This role is responsible for aligning HR strategies with business goals, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring a consistent employee experience across the organization, creating connections between corporate and retail environment. This position combines strong business partnership capabilities with focus on Compensation & Benefit expertise and data-driven analytical skills, ensuring HR decisions are aligned with both business performance and employee engagement goals.MAIN ACTIVITIESStrategic PartnershipAct as a trusted advisor within corporate functions, translating business needs into effective HR strategies and initiatives.Support the design and implementation of the people strategy in alignment with corporate and global HR initiatives.Partner with business leaders on organization design to define succession strategies to support growth and operational efficiency.Support change management and transformation initiatives within the corporate structurePromote a performance-driven and inclusive culture consistent with the company’s retail values.Compensation & Benefits, Budgeting & ReportingKnowledge of Compensation & Benefits processes including job evaluation, benchmarking, pay reviews and bonus schemes.Support annual performance and income review processes (merit increases, incentive plans, promotions) ensuring fairness, internal consistency, and alignment with budget guidelines.Budget monitoring providing insights through HR analytics and KPIs to support data-driven decisions.Ensure compliance with corporate policies, internal procedures, and local labor regulations.Union relations, litigation & labour knowledge, nice to have.Talent Management & DevelopmentDesign and implement effective recruitment strategies for key corporate positions, promoting the company’s employer branding to attract top talent in competitive markets.Support the development and implementation of leadership and employee development programs.Partner with leaders’ team to identify and address skill gaps.REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related field.3 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist in a multinational retail or consumer goods company.Significant experience in budgeting, Compensation & Benefits management.Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with HR data, KPIs, and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, or equivalent).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at multiple organizational levels.High level of integrity, attention to detail, and confidentiality.Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.SAP Success Factor is a plusWORK LOCATIONLimena (PD)Possibility of working in Smart Working for part of the week after an initial on-site training periodWHAT YOU FILL FIND:3F environment: Friendly, Fair, Firm.COME AND JOIN US TO MAKE BATA & AWLAB STRONGER!
