Join us in shaping the future of defense with groundbreaking aerospace innovations.RequirementsWhat You'll DoSupport our HR Business Partners with daily operational tasks in the NetherlandsAssist with the coordination and follow-up of probation period reviewsProvide first-level support to employees regarding simple HR inquiriesPrepare and update HR documentation, including contracts for contractors and related follow-upsSupport in maintaining and updating organizational chartsContribute to the coordination of the company's 360° performance review processParticipate in HR projects and initiatives as neededWhat You'll NeedCurrently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration Strong analytical and logical thinking skills; able to solve problems proactivelyHigh attention to detail and ability to work with accuracyFast learner, adaptable, and eager to take on responsibilityStrong organizational and communication skillsProficient in Microsoft OfficeComfortable working in English and Dutch Who You Are You thrive in an international, fast-moving environment.
