This role ensures alignment between business objectives and HR practices, driving initiatives that strengthen talent acquisition, development, performance management, organizational culture, and cross-border collaboration.🚀ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition: Ensure efficient recruitment processes for Hub US positions. Design onboarding and retention strategies that enhance employee experience.Talent Management: Plan and implement HR processes, training and organizational development, change management, and policy implementation.Strategic HR Process Control: Monitor, improve, and streamline HR processes, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Communication & Collaboration: Act as a key point of contact, building strong partnerships with stakeholders in the U.S. and Mexico, as well as with Hub employees, to ensure effective communication, trust, and engagement.Partner with leaders to support workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning. Provide expert guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.🚀QualificationsStrong knowledge of HR processes: recruitment, performance management, compensation, and training.Proficiency in HRIS tools (e.g., Greenhouse)Data-driven decision-making using HR metrics and KPIs.Solid knowledge of organizational development and change management principles.Excellent communication skills (oral and written).Strategic thinking with the ability to balance long-term vision and immediate needs.High adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment.Problem-solving mindset with a focus on collaborative solutions.Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.Languages: Bilingual – Advanced English (B2-C1) and Spanish (mandatory).ExperienceMinimum 5 years of progressive HR experience.
