Daraz’ vision is to be a champion of South Asia serving 100 million customers and businesses by 2030.For more information, please visit www.daraz.com.Job Responsibilities:Have a pulse of the business unit and constantly think about how to improve the effectiveness of the business unit - by looking at teams, structure, and processes.Work closely with leadership and teams to improve work relationships, build morale/culture and increase productivity and retention.Review and analyze people-related data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.Interpret and present data & analytics in a way that provides meaningful insight to the business.Offer HR policy guidance and advise over the Employee Life Cycle matters for both FTE & CTE staff.Ensure seamless execution of all People Practice programs and processes within the BU.Being updated with the best HR practices across industry and create thought leadership in the HR space by implementing innovative programsWorks closely with management and employees on employee engagement, including improving work relationships, building morale, increasing productivity and retention.Monitors the effectiveness of HR Programs through the tracking of key measures.Acts as liaison with other HR COE teams to coordinate development of programs, systems and processes to be used to support the business.Act in both strategic and tactical capacities providing full life-cycle Human Resources supportBe accountable for the HR Service Delivery via multiple Outsourced Vendors for their respective region.Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues.
