Role Description This full-time, on-site position is based in the Karachi Division. The Talent Acquisition & HR Analytics Manager will lead recruitment efforts, analyze HR data for insights, and support strategic decision-making. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end talent acquisition processes, developing HR analytics strategies, overseeing workforce planning, and collaborating with stakeholders to create data-driven policies that promote employee engagement and organizational growth. Qualifications Proficiency in HR Analytics, People Analytics, and strong Analytical SkillsDemonstrated experience in Human Resources (HR) processes and practicesProject Management skills with a focus on effective coordination and timely deliveryStrong problem-solving, decision-making, and critical-thinking abilitiesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsExperience with HR technologies, tools, or systems is a plusMaster’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
