The role is an HR generalist, with special projects and Center of Excellence responsibilities as assigned.This position will provide general HR support as a key member of the Puebla and Americas HR team. The primary customer population is a mix of professionals and hourly employees, including union populations. Unique to this role is the opportunity to gain exposure to a wide variety of HR activities and COE responsibilities through owning processes, leading/participating in projects and working with a dynamic collaborative team.Key Areas Of ResponsibilityResponsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Deliver all aspects of the employee life-cyclePartners in Performance Calibration and Talent Review preparationCompensation (e.g. offer prep, equity reviews, etc.)Talent Management (e.g. performance plans, coaching)Talent Development (e.g. succession, career paths, training)HR data, analysis, trends and recommendationsRegulations and complianceUnion relations and employee relations, including supporting negotiationsConduct investigationsRecruiting/interviewing/screening; and talent planningAct as a benefit Subject Matter Expert (SME) on HR strategies and deliveriesHost on-boardingResolve payroll issuesConduct internal auditExternal Quality audits, as the HR SMECoaching employees and leadersPossible accreditation is select Textron University courseCollaboration on projects – functional, operational and globalOperates within the boundaries of the Textron Business Conduct Guidelines.Highly effective in a matrix environment and with working remotely to achieve success.Drive an environment of engagement, shared success and continuous improvement.Additional responsibilities and/or projects to support the organization and professional development, as assignedQualificationsWhat you’ll need to succeed:Bachelor/University degree with an Human Resources focus, or other related field from an accredited school.Internships and/or master’s degree in HR is a plusKnowledge of general human resource work, processes and systemsKnowledge of applicable employment laws and government regulationsAble to earn a high level of trust and to demonstrate integrity in actions and decisionsAbility to diagnose problems, drive appropriate solutions and support HR priorities and operating mechanisms to implement changeCustomer focus with strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skillsAbility to anticipate issues/needs and to work proactively to address themProven ability to work with highly sensitive and confidential dataGood knowledge of MS OfficeEnglish business fluentCompetenciesDrive for ResultsPriority SettingSelf-DevelopmentCompassionCustomer FocusDecision MakerConflict ManagementManagerial CourageListeningOrganizational AgilityIntegrityAbility to work with ambiguityRecruiting Company: KautexPrimary Location: Mexico-Puebla-PueblaJob Function: Human ResourcesSchedule: Full-timeJob Level: Individual ContributorJob Type: ExperiencedShift: First ShiftJob Posting: 11/21/2025, 9:37:38 AMJob Number: 337655
