We are looking for a HRIS Functional Consultant to join our growing team.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about HR system and technology, and eager to help to optimize human resource business processes.Provide expertise in multiple modules in the HCM solutionCultivate strong relationships with clients and offer expert guidance on maximizing the use of their HCM solution.Balance time and energy effectively in order to deliver service to concurrent clients.Collaborate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders to understand their business requirements.Configure the HCM solution to meet clients requirements.Conduct system and quality assurance testing.Assist in the development and maintenance of documentation, and provide training and support on the effective use of the HCM solutionProactively identify issues and propose practical solutions to meet the business needs while remaining on-time and within the scope.RequirementsAt least 3 cycles of project experience with customer facing experience in any HCM product implementation (can be Oracle / SAP / Sunfish / any local HCM products)Hands-on configuration experience in HCM modulesExperience in end-to-end implementation projects.Strong understanding of HCM business processes and workflows.Excellent English
