You’ll manage day-to-day system performance, support change initiatives, and collaborate with suppliers to ensure high-quality service delivery.As the technical lead on HR system projects, you’ll partner with project managers, business analysts, and HR subject matter experts to implement and integrate new solutions. You’ll also play a key role in maintaining data integrity, ensuring compliance, and enhancing reporting capabilities.This is a full-time, home-working role, offering flexibility and autonomy while being central to our organisation’s digital HR landscape—ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration, innovation, and delivering impactful change.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the technical delivery of HR system projectsManage system performance and coordinate supplier relationshipsSupport HR teams with system enhancements and change deliveryEnsure data integrity, compliance, and effective reportingEvaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvementsWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience managing HR systems in a complex organisationStrong stakeholder engagement and project delivery skillsTechnical understanding of HRIS platforms and integrationsA proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvementThis is for a full-time role, 35 hours per week and the salary is £38,208.00 per annum.How To ApplyPlease click here for a full job description.To apply for this role please click the Apply button below.
