Apply now to make a difference!We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Contract) to lead the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources Information System (HRIS) implementation and integration within our global transformation program. The ideal candidate will bring strong project-management expertise, stakeholder engagement skills, and hands-on experience with D365 HR, Core HR, and Payroll modules, ensuring successful delivery from design to go-live and post-implementation stabilization.Roles and Responsibilities:Project Planning & GovernanceDevelop and maintain the D365 HRIS project plan, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.Lead project governance activities including status reporting, steering-committee updates, and risk/issue logs.Implementation LeadershipOversee functional and technical implementation of D365 HR, Employee Self-Service, Time & Attendance, and related integrations (e.g., payroll, benefits, learning systems).Coordinate with vendors, internal IT, HR, and global process owners to ensure smooth execution.Validate design documentation, test scripts, and configuration outputs.Stakeholder ManagementManage communication and expectation alignment across HR, IT, and Country HR leads.Support organizational-change and training teams to ensure user adoption and readiness.Testing, Cutover & Go-LiveLead UAT (User Acceptance Testing) cycles, defect triage, and sign-off.Manage cutover planning, data migration validation, and go-live readiness checkpoints.Oversee hypercare and transition to support/operations teams post-launch.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, HR, or related field; Project Management certification7+ years of experience managing large-scale ERP or HRIS implementations.3+ years of direct experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR / HRIS projects (end-to-end lifecycle).Proven experience in stakeholder management across global or multi-country environments.Strong understanding of HR business processes (Core HR, Organization Management, Payroll, Time, Benefits).Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration, manage vendors, and communicate effectively with both technical and business teams.
