Job Description

This position is accountable for HR services daily administration activity within an assigned plant under the direction of the HR Onsite Team Leader. Responds to complex employees inquiries (phone, e-mail, face to face) related to HR services and administration. Utilizes service excellent and HR knowledge to act as a consultant for first contacts of employees regarding HR administration services. Encourages service excellent as a means toward account penetration and increased employee's satisfaction. Onboarding DVC & NDVC Hiring Induction for DVC & NDVC new hireBadge ID printing and distributionMedical card printing and distributionManaging UniformRegister finger in KRONOS machineInput new hire data to the database  Life Cycle processesAct as single point of contact for any queries related HRS processesEncourage PeopleLink usage for issue management system of NDVCManage reporting issue by operatorJob Information Change administrationPrepare and distribute Employment LetterPrepare and distribute Certificate LetterManage milk & order stock and distribution for operatorCatering order, PO Creating, Invoicing and monitoring In coordination with Payroll Manage warning letterManage short leave in related with KRONOS applicationManage P-File for any letter submission & Contract agreement (LOA)Manage Annual Uniform Distribution   Time AttendancesIn coordination with HRIS for queries handling related KRONOSQueries handling for Overtime topicQueries handling for Leave balance topic.In coordination with Payroll related KRONOS data (OT, Meal, transport) for Payroll processes    Contract ManagementMonitor contract period of employe in monthly basisCoordination with N+1 of related employee for extend confirmationPrepare contract agreement renewal/extention and letter of confirmationEnsure the Job Information Data update in system Off Boarding ProcessConduct offboarding session for Terminate employeesEnsuring submission and completeness of clearence noteCollect all related logistic (uniform, badge ID, medical card, etc.)Preparation for Employment LetterPrepare Paklaring letter   Payroll SupportProvide and maintaining all data related to payroll processCalculate OT and other allowanceBPJSKES Deactivation data preparationData Change status maintenance  Support HRBP Partner with HRBP Manager to provide full support to the Industrial team in Human Resources Management functionProvide every data requested by HRBPSupport every event held by HRBP like monthly recognition, DnD event, family day event  General affair Manage and order HR stationary stockOrder logistic for certain event Continous ImprovementCollect idea improvement In coordination with HRIS/HRS Manager for implementation of improvement idea related with Digitazion initiative  - Having experience as HR Administrator at least 1-2 Years- Min D3 from reputable University- Fluent in English (writing and speaking)   Looking to make an IMPACT with your career?When you are thinking about joining a new team, culture matters.
