You'll ensure that every process - from cultivation to clinical service - meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance.Duties will include, but not be limited to: Developing and executing workplace health and safety plans in accordance with legal and Curaleaf standards Preparing and enforcing policies to foster a culture of safety, quality, and accountability Conducting risk assessments, inspections, and audits to evaluate compliance across laboratories, clinics, and production facilities Delivering engaging training and awareness programmes on workplace safety and accident prevention Leading investigations into accidents and near-miss incidents, identifying root causes, and recommending preventive actions Maintaining and communicating up-to-date Safety Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Keeping abreast of legislation, standards, and best practices, and advising management on required updates or changes Monitoring compliance with waste management regulations Maintaining key HSE metrics and producing regular reports for leadership reviewAbout YouYou're driven by excellence, inspired by innovation, and passionate about creating safe, compliant workplaces.
