We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Client Relationship Support Associate, Global Apparel Supply Chain. In this role, you will:

Provide full operational support to the team, as required, anticipating workload and supporting with appropriate materialsEnsure timely and accurate maintenance of customer information in Group systemsLiaise and work with other Corporate/CIB teams to develop the best possible experience and outcomes for both the customers, employees and the BankAdhere to HSBC policy, procedures and control requirements applicable to day-to-day working, exceptional and project activities, and raise any concerns about actual or potential issues promptly, in line with reporting and escalation proceduresTake personal responsibility for understanding and agreeing performance expectations, completing the necessary mandatory training and developing the levels of capability and competence needed to be effective in the roleSupport achievement of the HSBC vision, Values, goals and culture in personal behavior, actions and decision makingTo be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

Bachelor’s degree from a public/private universityExperience in banking operations particularly in Corporate & Institutional Banking, credit or riskSound knowledge of trade services, treasury, and investment banking products, local regulations and exposure to corporate banking industry is crucialPlease apply with your updated CV on, or before 20 August 2025.
