We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join in the role of Head of Product Management, Global Payments Solutions. In this role, you will:
Lead the formulation and execution of the country-level cash management product strategyOwn product-level P&L, including revenue forecasting, pricing strategy, and profitability. Act as product champion in internal and external forums. Provide subject matter expertise to support sales, pitch complex solutions, and engage directly with clients for feedback and solutioning. Ensure full compliance with internal controls, local regulations (e. g. , AML, liquidity risk), and global product governance. Lead product risk assessments and remediation actions. Collaborate with key stakeholders to introduce digital features, automation (e. g. , virtual accounts, real-time dashboards), and new delivery models (e. g. , host-to-host, APIs).
Manage a team of product managers or specialists cultivating a high-performance culture through mentorship, collaboration, and inclusion. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: Bachelor’s degree from a public/private university Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and client behaviour insights. Effective communicator and relationship builder across functions (Sales, Risk, Ops, Tech) and geographies.
Validated partner engagement skills in matrix organizations with strong influencing and collaboration skillsTrack record of leading, delivering complex projects/ solutions in the banking industryKnowledge of emerging payment technology including APIs, real time payments, eWalletsPlease apply with your updated CV on, or before 24 August 2025.
