The programme is mainly for students in their penultimate year of undergraduate and postgraduate study. This 3-to-6-month programme will give you first-hand experience of what it’s like to work for a global bank. You’ll have opportunities to meet with senior leaders to learn about different areas of your business line. The training and development you’ll receive is designed to ensure that you are involving in a real projects and have exposure to banking operationsGeneral Requirements Indonesia Citizen only Final year student by January 2026 or fresh graduate (bachelor/master degree) from any major Minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00 Fluent spoken and written English. Strong interpersonal and communications skills. Proactive, shows initiatives in understanding issues and looking for solutions. Good analytical and logical thinking Values the sharing of information and continuous improvement in a cooperative atmosphere of constructive evaluation and learning.
