Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a HSE Cum Operation Manager located in Delhi, OH. The HSE Cum Operation Manager will be responsible for overseeing health, safety, and environmental (EHS) compliance across the company’s operations. Daily tasks will include conducting accident investigations, implementing occupational health and safety programs, and delivering training to ensure adherence to safety protocols. The manager will also coordinate with various departments to ensure a safe and efficient working environment. Qualifications Health & Safety and Occupational Health skillsExperience in Environment Health and Safety (EHS) and Accident InvestigationProficiency in delivering Training on safety protocolsStrong organizational and leadership abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively and oversee multiple projects simultaneouslyBachelor's degree in Safety Management, Environmental Science, or related field is preferredCertifications in safety, health, and environmental management are an added advantage
