DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Technical RoleDevelop, implement, and maintain HSE document control procedures in line with ISO45001:2018.Ensure proper document identification, approval, revision, distribution, and archiving;Maintain and update the HSE Legal Register and compliance-related documents;Monitor document status to avoid outdated, uncontrolled, or unauthorized use.Provide required documentation for internal/external audits, customer requirements, andregulatory inspections.Support digitalization and continual improvement of document control systems.Ensure all production records are filed and maintained.Submit overtime status of HSE Personnel (daily);Raise the purchase request (PR) of HSE department by Epicor System.Safety RoleResponsible for ensuring the implementation of the HSE management system in the workplace andensuring that all risks in the area have been identified, documented, recorded and controlled;Support compliance with K3 regulations and ISO 45001:2018 requirements;Promote awareness of document control’s role in maintaining a safe and compliant workplace;Participate in HSE meetings, inspections, and audits as required.Supporting HSE functions and activities where requiredREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:EDUCATIONACADEMIC BACKGROUNDMinimum:Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.AK3U (General Occupational Health and Safety Expert) is often a mandatory certificationUnderstanding of HSE management systems, risk assessments, hazard identification, and relevantregulations and standardsUnderstand ISO 14001 and 45001 certificationsKNOWLEDGE/COURSESFluent/understand organization related tools and process.Familiarity or proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Presentation) and Adobe editor.Job related procedure understanding.Microsoft Office and job-related software.HSE Training based on the job requirement.Digital application understanding and operating ability.REQUIRED TECHNICAL COMPETENCE (SKILLS)Minimum 3 years’ experience at the same positionsGood communication ability and interpersonal skill.Fluent in business English communication in both written and spoken.Good data management and filling system skill.Team PlayerAnalytical skill.English communication and writing skill
