HSE Manager

Job Title: HSE Supervisor/Manager – Data Centre Project Location: Dublin, IrelandStart: OctoberDuration: 6 Month rolling contract (Project length 2 years)Job Description:We are seeking an experienced HSE Supervisor/Manager for a data centre construction projects in Dublin, specifically overseeing health, safety, and environmental compliance related to generator installation, testing, and commissioning.Key Responsibilities:Ensure full compliance with Irish HSE legislation and company safety standards.Supervise and monitor all HSE aspects of diesel generator works, including fuel handling, exhaust systems, sound attenuation, and commissioning phases.Conduct risk assessments, method statement reviews (RAMS), and toolbox talks.Liaise with subcontractors, HSE inspectors, and site managers to promote a strong safety culture.Maintain accurate HSE records, incident reports, and site audits.Enforce Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and safe work practices for mechanical and electrical activities.Requirements:Degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in construction, ideally with data centre or industrial MEP projects.Strong knowledge of Irish HSE legislation.Valid HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO 45001 awareness) are a plus.If you are looking for a new positions, please apply directly or e-mail me on Emily.jones@pangea-ts.com
