We are proud of being ‘’the first R&D center of Turkey’’ and the company that produced ‘’the first electric bus’’.#TogetherWeareStronger!Passionate about automotive sector,Curious to learn more and never afraid of failing,Passionate about taking a step forward every single day,Trustful and self-motivated with good communication skills,We are waiting for you!What is the job waiting for you?Provide expert guidance on EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) practices to ensure compliance with local regulations and company standardsManage and maintain all necessary permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements for site operationsEnsure timely and accurate reporting of EHS performance, both internally and externallyDevelop, implement, and update essential EHS procedures for the site and its area of influenceConduct task risk assessments and ensure proper documentation for all site activitiesCreate and deliver EHS training programs, including inductions and focused sessions for employees and contractorsContribute HSE Lead and all levels of departments at facility to establish the safety culture Lead internal EHS audits and coordinate external audits, managing follow-ups and corrective actionsManage the site's Emergency Response Plan, ensuring regular updates, training, and live drillsOversee environmental & occupational health safety programs, Participate in incident investigations, support root cause analysis, and track corrective actionsAdminister EHS metrics, KPIs, and sustainability reporting in alignment with corporate goalsSupport Process Safety Management (PSM) initiatives, including risk assessments, plant modifications, and ATEX complianceContribute the HSE performance, hazards, risks and precautions and to take necessary actions where necessaryParticipate and contribute the incident prevention programs, workshop sessions and incident investigation and analysis studiesSupport the activities to update and maintain the ISO 45001 and 14001(contribute to update and maintain the documentations for the management)Cooperate with other functions and production to drive HSE performanceContribute to monitoring and reporting of HSE performanceOffer HSE insights and recommendations for ongoing and upcoming projects.
