Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Team Lead located in Bính Dương. The HSE Team Lead will oversee the day-to-day operations related to health, safety, and environmental compliance within the workplace. Responsibilities include conducting safety inspections, developing and implementing HSE policies and procedures, providing training on safety practices, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The HSE Team Lead will also work closely with other departments to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Qualifications Customer Service and Communication skillsExperience in BudgetingBackground in Medicine or health-related fieldsExperience in Training and developing safety programsStrong leadership and team management abilitiesKnowledge of local and international HSE regulations and standardsBachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Environmental Science, or related fieldCertifications in HSE management (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) are a plus
