Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role for a Hub In Charge, located in Jalandhar. The Hub In Charge will manage daily operations at the hub, including overseeing inbound and outbound processes, tracking shipments, ensuring timely dispatches, and maintaining operational efficiency. The role also involves staff management, adhering to safety and compliance standards, and ensuring high service quality levels. Additional responsibilities include resolving operational challenges, coordinating with different departments, and preparing regular performance reports. Qualifications Operational expertise, including staff management, inventory handling, and process optimizationProficiency in logistics operations such as shipment tracking, scheduling, and dispatch coordinationStrong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve on-ground operational issues quicklyExcellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholdersKnowledge of safety and compliance standards in logistics and warehousingAbility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to operational demandsBachelor’s degree or equivalent education in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fieldPrior experience in logistics, hub management, or similar roles is preferred
