What we are looking for:Bachelor’s degree in law from a reputable university,Genuine interest in Commercial and Corporate Law,Excellent command of written and spoken English (a proficiency certificate such as TOEFL/IELTS is preferable),Ability to review and interpret legal documents in both Turkish and English,Strong legal drafting, analytical, and communication skills,Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment,Solution-oriented mindset and a collaborative team spirit,Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail,No travel restrictions,Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with legal document management tools.Responsibilities:Assist in managing and overseeing the company’s legal operations, ensuring full compliance with applicable laws and regulations,Support M&A, joint venture, and corporate restructuring projects,Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including purchase, partnership, confidentiality, and EPC contracts,Assist in litigation and dispute-resolution follow-up in coordination with external counsel,Handle official correspondence with public authorities, regulators, and notaries,Coordinate with foreign institutions, banks, and legal authorities concerning overseas subsidiaries and their legal obligations,Support the legalization and delivery of international documents (apostille, notarization, etc.) to relevant departments,Conduct legal research and documentation to contribute to legal-risk assessments and management reports,Respond to and follow up on requests or notifications from public authorities in an accurate and timely manner,Collaborate with internal departments to provide clear, business-oriented legal guidance aligned with company strategy and regulatory requirements,Proactively identify compliance risks and implement preventive measures to safeguard the company’s interests.
