CITRA SHIPYARD is a shipyard based in Batam, was founded in 2006 as a National Shipyard which operates in the field of industrial construction and repair/docking of steel and aluminum ships, is a 100% local Indonesian company.Location of PT. Citra Shipyard is in Sei Lekop and Kabil with supporting facilities such as workshop buildings, heavy equipment, special ports and ship docks.Role & ResponsibilitiesPrepare and develop 2D/3D hull and outfitting drawings.Review technical specifications and ensure compliance with class and project requirements.Perform material take-off and calculate material needs for hull and outfitting components.Coordinate with production teams and class surveyors during construction.Provide technical support during installation, inspection, and sea trial activities.Prepare technical reports and documentation to support project execution.Qualifications D3/S1 in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or related field. ≥ 3 years of experience as Hull & Outfitting Engineer in a shipyard. Proficient in AutoCAD; familiar with Rhinoceros, Maxsurf, and Shipcons. Able to prepare project specifications and 2D/3D structural working drawings. Experienced in design, review, and material calculation for Hull & Outfitting. Strong coordination skills with production and class to ensure technical compliance. Good English communication (spoken & written). Experience in sea trial and vessel testing phases. Knowledgeable in ship systems and engine rooms. Strong negotiation skills and ability to understand client requirements.
