Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Human Performance Trainer and Coach at EUROCONTROL’s location in Maastricht. The role involves designing and delivering training programs focused on human performance, coaching individuals and teams, and fostering continuous improvement. The position requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to enhance skills, resilience, and overall performance in high-pressure environments. Additional responsibilities include evaluating training effectiveness and contributing to the development of human performance strategies. Qualifications Expertise in human performance training, coaching, and leadership developmentStrong communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skillsExperience in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programsKnowledge of air traffic management, aviation operations, or similar high-pressure domains is an advantageAbility to work collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teamsProven organizational skills and attention to detailBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Factors, or a related fieldProficiency in English; additional European languages are a plusWillingness to relocate to or commute to Maastricht
