Job Description

Work with business leaders to understand their strategic focus and translate them into people strategies. Support to ensure effective workforce planning and ensure the right talent is in place to meet future needs. Partner with managers on talent acquisition, onboarding and development. Guide leaders on internal mobility Guide leaders on employee engagement and follow-up action planning. Help conduct deep-dive session Guide managers and employees through the performance management cycle. Coach leaders on setting effective goals, giving feedback, and conducting appraisals thus ensuring fair and consistent performance evaluation processes across the business. Advise managers on position level changes, promotions, salary adjustments. Drive annual compensation reviews with managers. Drive annual talent reviews and support succession planning for critical roles. Identify skills gaps and training needs within the business and partner with P&C lead to design and implement development programs thus drive the culture of continuous learning and growth. Work closely with leaders to drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Champion employee well-being, work-life balance, and belonging. Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations issues — providing guidance on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment aligned with organizational values.
