Job Description

The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) will work closely with senior leaders to drive key people initiatives in alignment with organizational goals. You will play a pivotal role in driving integration initiatives and supporting shifts in the operating model, while managing a range of employee matters and ensuring HR policies are applied consistently. Success in this role requires strong analytical capability, the ability to navigate complex stakeholder expectations, and the confidence to advise senior leaders effectively. Responsibilities /AccountabilitiesManage a division portfolio and independently liaise with line management (CXOs & CXO-1s) to implement people frameworks and initiatives across the value chain : Change, Talent & Learning, Rewards, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, resource planning, org structures, talent assessmentSupport HRBP Lead to plan and drive integration activities and operating model changes.Manage Employee activities i.e. IJO, renewals, resignation, performance improvement plans, case management related to grievance/misconducts.Ensure adoption and compliance to HR Policies and guide managers on people-related matters. Work with People Support (HR Ops) team on relevant HR reports or analytics to facilitate any analysis required to support people metrics.RequirementsDegree in any field with at least 8 years in any HR disciplineBusiness Partnering experience and managing senior stakeholders.Sharp acumen and problem-solving skills - ability to grasp and analyze complex situations, breakdown into problem statements and come up with effective solutionsStakeholder management skills – confidence to guide business managers on HR matters and present to a sizeable audience, tenacity to face up to challenging stakeholders.
