This role combines leading vital facets of HR while managing office administration to ensure productive and conducive workplace. The candidate must possess an in depth understanding of Philippine labor laws, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to nurture a positive workplace culture.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESHuman ResourceManage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment and selection, onboarding, employee and performance management, and offboarding process. Maintain and update accurate employee records while managing payroll, leave records, benefits administration, and compliance with statutory requirements.Foster positive employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and promoting engagement initiatives.Draft, review, and implement HR policies to uphold company culture and best practices.Support in the performance appraisal cycles and coordinate training programs to facilitate continuous employee growth and productivity.Office AdministrationManage day-to-day office operations, including supplies inventory and procurement and general workplace upkeep and vendor management.Coordinate with building management for permits, security, and office maintenance-related concerns.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field4-5 years relevant work experience in general Human Resources, Employee Benefits and Administration, and Office administrationStrong understanding of labor laws and standardsExcellent organizational, multitasking, interpersonal, and communication skillsProficiency in Google suite and MS office suite (Word, Excel)Hybrid work setup, reports to the office at least 2x a weekSend your application to joinus@litlabstudios.com
