Job Title: HR SUPERVISORLocation: San Antonio, PasigEmployment Type: Full-timeJob Summary:The HR Supervisor oversees daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. This role supervises HR staff, supports recruitment activities, handles employee relations, oversees timekeeping and payroll coordination, and ensures smooth implementation of HR programs and policies for the assigned client.Key Responsibilities:Supervise day-to-day HR operations and provide guidance to the HR team.Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.Handle employee relations concerns, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.Ensure accurate and timely processing of timekeeping, payroll coordination, and employee movements.Implement HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.Assist in performance management, including monitoring KPIs and employee evaluations.Maintain and update employee records, 201 files, contracts, and HR reports.Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and client-specific HR standards.Coordinate with department heads and client representatives for HR-related matters.Support training and development initiatives as needed.Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation for internal and client use.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.At least 3–5 years of HR experience, with 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role.Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory benefits, and HR best practices.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Flexible, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
