The Human Resource Specialist will be responsible for coordinating recruitment efforts, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, maintaining HR records, and assisting in employee performance evaluation processes. Additional duties include organizing training sessions, supporting workplace diversity initiatives, and addressing employee inquiries.QualificationsStrong knowledge of employee recruitment, job postings, and interview coordinationExpertise in employee relations, conflict resolution, and maintaining workplace harmonyUnderstanding of labor laws and compliance regulationsAbility to manage HR documentation, including records and performance evaluationsStrong organizational and communication skillsExperience in training program development and delivery is a plusBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
