The HR Admin Assistant will support a large-scale HR integration project involving approximately 140 new employees. Enter and maintain employee data in iTrent and related HR systemsAssist with onboarding coordination, including documentation, scheduling orientations, and preparing new hire packagesSupport position management and ensure job titles, departments, and reporting structures are accurateAssist in aligning policies and procedures for incoming employeesPrepare and distribute welcome communications and related materialsMaintain employee files and ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies and privacy regulationsGenerate and update HR reports using Excel and internal systemsProvide general administrative support to the HR team (calendar coordination, meeting minutes, correspondence)Liaise with internal departments to ensure a smooth transition for new team members What you bring to the job The ideal candidate is someone with strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. They also come with:1–3 years of HR administration or coordination experience, ideally in a corporate or integration settingProficiency with HRIS systems (iTrent experience preferred) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP’s, pivots an asset)Solid understanding of HR processes — onboarding, data management, and policy administrationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPost-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferredQualified job seekers are asked to apply with attention to Rujeeka Manoharan.Expected Compensation: CAD $22 – 25 per hourExisting Position Vacancy: Yes I really look forward to hearing from you, but please understand that I will only be contacting those that are applicable for the role!
