We are part of the Prohuman Group, a leading European HR services provider with over 20 years of experience across the Central and Eastern European markets (Hungary, Slovenia, Germany, Austria, Romania, Croatia, and Serbia), headquartered in Budapest.Since 2004, Prohuman Serbia has been providing recruitment and selection services across all levels (from top management to entry-level positions), as well as HR administration, payroll, BPO solutions, temporary staffing, and a wide range of HR consulting services.As our local team continues to expand, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to take full ownership of core HR administrative processes and ensure seamless operational execution across the employee lifecycle. This role is critical for maintaining compliance, supporting employees, and driving operational excellence within our HR function.Key Responsibilities:Drive the definition, implementation, and execution of HR administrative procedures.Provide daily operational support to employees across all HR administration topics.Manage end-to-end HR administration processes—from onboarding to offboarding (employment contracts, probation administration, performance documentation, disciplinary procedures, exit processes, certificates, leave decisions, and related documentation).Maintain and update the HRIS and all employee records.Execute employee data changes and manage registrations in the CROSO system.Prepare payroll input data and ensure accurate time-tracking controls.Generate reports from the employee database and manage related documentation flows.Track and ensure compliance with labor legislation and HR administrative regulations.Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration.University degree.Proficiency in MS Office.Solid command of English language.Category B driving license.Strong organizational skills and professional work ethic.High attention to detail, proactive mindset, and resilience.Collaborative and team-oriented approach.What We Offer:A dynamic and supportive work environment.Opportunities for professional growth within HR administration.Stable business operations and collaboration with established clients.
