The role entails managing administrative tasks, coordinating recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and supporting the implementation of HR compliance and policies. The individual will assist in onboarding new staff, organising training sessions, and ensuring effective communication across teams.QualificationsPrevious experience in HR administration, including managing employee records, ensuring compliance, and participating in recruitment processesStrong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage HR functions and prioritize effectivelyExcellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate effective teamwork and correspondenceProficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant administrative toolsUnderstanding of employment laws and labor regulations; professional certifications in HR are a plusProblem-solving skills and attention to detail for handling sensitive HR matters with discretionA Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
