My client is seeking an HR Advisor to join their dynamic team on a 9-month fixed-term contract, helping drive employee engagement, performance, and development.As the HR Advisor, you’ll be the glue that keeps the HR team running smoothly — supporting HR Business Partners and collaborating across regions to deliver seamless, high-impact HR initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee Engagement: Support surveys, analyse results, and track action plans.Performance Management: Coordinate mid-year and year-end activities, manage data, and ensure compliance with timelines.Recruitment Support: Assist HRBPs and the Talent Acquisition team with job postings, tracking, and admin tasks.Reporting & Analytics: Prepare HR reports and analyse data to identify insights and trends.Learning & Development: Coordinate training logistics, events, and communications; support invoicing and reporting.Employee Relations: Track and manage ER cases, take meeting notes, draft letters, and handle straightforward cases.General HR Coordination: Act as a liaison for HRBPs and ensure timely communication and alignment on HR initiatives.Skills & ExperiencePrevious experience in an HR generalist or advisory role.Proficient in MS Office and HR systems (ideally Workday).Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices desirable.Why Join UsAn excellent opportunity to broaden your HR experience in a fast-paced, international environment.
