Job Description

The role of the Human Resources Advisor will be to be the first point of contact for Managers to provide support and guidance with a focus on performance management and employee relations. This person will also be working closely with other HR leaders and stakeholders to implement people strategy and ensure that they align with the business's objectives.Serve as the first point of contact for managers seeking advice, support, and guidance on performance management and employee relations matters.Assist with HR-related projects by providing necessary data, coordinating activities, and helping implement new or revised policies and processes.Evaluate the effectiveness of organisational changes using data-driven insights to inform future strategies and improvements.Maintain accurate records of attendance, feedback, changes, and other relevant HR data to ensure transparency and consistency.Provide guidance to employees and managers on issues such as disciplinaries, grievances, long-term sickness, always ensuring advice aligns with current legislation and company policies.Support conflict resolution within the business by advising managers on formal processes and escalating concerns when necessary to senior HR colleagues.Develop effective relationships across all levels of the organisation to promote good employee relations and foster a positive work environment.Handle confidential HR matters with discretion and sensitivity while assisting with occupational health issues such as arranging medical assessments or counselling.Deliver clear communications regarding policy changes or organisational updates and facilitate employee feedback mechanisms to enhance satisfaction.
