Our mission is to inspire and help young generations to find out their passion and pursue fulfilling career goals. Major Responsibilities 1. Perform client payment, registration, onboarding process and update client database2. Schedule meetings with clients, mentors and coaches, prepare meeting agendas and minutes, and follow up with stakeholders to meet tight deadlines3. Coordinate with Accounting and internal/external parties to deal with on-going HR operational transactions for the team 4. Perform weekly job posting search, analyze job postings to match candidates’ qualifications and provide preliminary HR guidance for clients 5. Support to edit resume and other coaching documents, and produce HR analytics reports 6. Handle routine and follow-up inquiries from clients about our coaching processes and services7. Edit/update e-learning contents (e.g., video, audio, document) for e-learning platforms and provide administrative support to organize various online/offline training seminars and workshops 8. Assist with creation of the training materials, including PowerPoint slides, memos, fact sheets, posters9. Assist with logistics of social media platforms to enhance employment branding (e.g., WeChat, LinkedIn, XiaoHongShu, XiaoETong)Qualification Requirements 1. College diploma or university degree major in Human Resources Management, Business or Education; minimum 2 years of Operations or Human Resources related experience2. Excellent customer services, time management, communication and execution skills3. Organized, responsible and detail-oriented with strong service mind-set, work ethics and can-do attitude; demonstrated quick learner and problem-solver4. Flexibility for various working shifts is a must. Intermedia level of Excel (PivotTable), PowerPoint & Word; fluency in Mandarin is a must.
